I have worked in Uptron Control Systems Div as Asst. Engineer about 11.5 years and before that in many small companies for about seven years. My total Hanson Experience is about 36 years as below: Designing of Analog & Digital Circuits, Schematic & PCB designing up to 4-layer on CadStar (Zuken), Developments of Proto-type assemblies, to test, verify & validate them.
Carry out tests on prototype designs, e.g. linearity, repeatability, stability, thermal drift etc.;
Analysis of these tests data on MS-Excel, & prepare test reports.
Preparation of design documents (i.e. parts list, bill of materials, drawings etc.) on MS-Excel, MS-Word,
Corel-Draw & AutoCAD.
Designing of Test-jigs & fixtures for ease in the testing of PCBs & final-assemblies.
Repairs & maintenance of all electronic test equipment, measuring instruments being used throughout the factory; & electronics of other machines like electron beam welding machine, wave soldering machine etc.
Yearly calibration of test & measuring-instruments of R&D section with calibrated references.
Provide technical support to subordinates of all departments, as & when required.
& So many other miscellaneous jobs
