I am a bioinformatics professional and final-year PhD scholar in Medical Genetics at SGPGIMS, Lucknow. I hold an M.Sc. in Computational Biology and have practical experience in whole-exome sequencing, next-generation sequencing, rare-disease genomics, transcriptomics, variant annotation, genomic data analysis and bioinformatics pipeline development.

I provide online training in bioinformatics, Linux, Bash, R, Python, NGS and WES data analysis, FASTQ/BAM/VCF processing, quality control, GATK, Samtools, BCFtools, ANNOVAR, VEP, ClinVar, gnomAD and research-oriented variant prioritization.

I have worked with large genomic datasets containing more than 1,500 exomes and have contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications in medical genetics, clinical genetics, genomics and transcriptomics.

My teaching is practical, structured and suitable for undergraduate students, postgraduate students, PhD scholars, clinicians and life-science researchers. Sessions include concept explanation, hands-on demonstrations using appropriate public datasets, workflow troubleshooting and personalized guidance based on the learner’s objectives. I teach in English and Hindi and offer both individual and small-group online classes.
