Hi Lets say Soft skills are very natural occurring traits which we generally lack some of them or doesn't polish them either. Soft skills are non technical skill set that tells about someone's personality and mindset. By this you can see if a person has leadership qualities or is he or she a team player or is he or she good a public speaking etc. By this person get a better picture of social interaction.
