I am Gurpreet Singh, an ISSA (USA) Certified Bodybuilding Coach with over 3 years of experience in the fitness industry and 17 years of professional experience in Import and Export. I teach Personal Fitness Training as well as Import and Export, bringing together professional knowledge and practical industry experience to help students understand both subjects effectively. My approach is focused on practical learning, structured guidance, and developing skills that students can apply in real situations.

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, in 2010. For my fitness training, I completed the Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) Level-2 certification from Bodyline Academy, which is ISSA (USA) certified, in 2025. These qualifications, combined with my professional experience, allow me to provide students with both a strong conceptual foundation and practical insights.

In Personal Fitness Training, I specialise in fitness, bodybuilding, strength training, and overall physical conditioning. Over the past 3 years, I have worked with hundreds of everyday individuals as well as competitive athletes, helping them work towards their fitness and physique goals through structured training, nutrition guidance, and consistent coaching. I believe that effective fitness training requires discipline, proper planning, and a sustainable approach.

I have also gained experience as a contest preparation specialist and had the opportunity to coach athletes for the stage at the 2025 Mr. Region Lucknow Bodybuilding Competition. My experience in competitive preparation has given me a practical understanding of the commitment and consistency required to work towards specific physique goals. Beyond physical transformation, I focus on helping students develop discipline, confidence, resilience, and a strong mindset.

Alongside fitness, I teach Import and Export based on my 17 years of professional experience in the industry. My teaching in this area is strongly practical, as I use my professional knowledge to help students understand how concepts work in real-world business situations. I aim to make the subject easier to understand by connecting theoretical concepts with practical industry experience and examples.

I follow a structured and student-focused teaching methodology. Before planning a session, I understand the student's goals, current level of knowledge, and individual requirements. I then design the lessons accordingly and use practical examples wherever possible. I encourage students to ask questions and participate in discussions, while regularly assessing their progress and adjusting the lesson plan when required.

I conduct my classes online and focus on creating interactive and engaging sessions. Whether I am helping a student understand fitness and bodybuilding or guiding someone through Import and Export concepts, my goal is to provide clear explanations and practical knowledge. I believe consistent learning, regular assessment, and personalised guidance can help students make steady progress and develop skills that remain useful in the long term.
