I have experience teaching important Class 6 topics such as Knowing Our Numbers, Whole Numbers, Integers, Fractions and Decimals, Ratio and Proportion, Basic Geometry, Understanding Elementary Shapes, Mensuration, Algebra, Data Handling, Symmetry, and Practical Geometry. My classes generally follow a structured pattern. I first introduce the concept and explain the basic idea, followed by solved examples. I then give students questions of gradually increasing difficulty so that they can develop confidence before attempting challenging problems. I also use regular revision and practice to ensure that previously learned concepts remain strong. I understand that every Class 6 student learns at a different pace. I want students to see Mathematics as a subject that can be understood through reasoning rather than memorised. I believe that a strong foundation in Class 6 Mathematics can make students much more confident in Classes 7, 8, 9, and 10. My aim is therefore to create a learning environment where students understand concepts deeply, practise regularly, learn from their mistakes, and gradually become independent and confident problem solvers.
