I am the Founder of Evolve HR Solutions, established in 2021 with a clear mission—to bridge the ever-widening gap between academic HR knowledge and real industry expectations. With over 16 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, I bring a practical, hands-on
approach to training that empowers learners to not just understand, but apply HR principles in real-world situations.

At Evolve HR Solutions, my training goes beyond the usual curriculum. I incorporate core HR functions along with vital soft skills training—such as communication, emotional intelligence, and personality development—because I believe being an HR professional is as much about empathy and adaptability as it is about knowledge. My sessions are structured to be interactive and engaging, with case studies and real-time examples, so that learners feel confident to step into any HR role with clarity and competence.
Over the years, I’ve mentored hundreds of students and aspiring professionals who have gone on to build meaningful careers in HR. Many of them lacked practical exposure initially, but through consistent support, mock interviews, and scenario-based learning, they blossomed into job-ready professionals. I take immense pride in the progress of each learner and treat their growth as a reflection of my mission.
Our team currently includes five qualified trainers, each specializing in different aspects of HR and personality development. I carefully guide and mentor each of them to ensure that the quality of training remains consistent. Together, we provide a supportive, inclusive environment where learners feel encouraged to ask questions, practice skills, and grow at their own pace.
One of our trainers holds an MA in Human Resource Management with 3 years of industry experience, while another joined us as a fresher with an MBA and has now gained over a year of training experience. We focus heavily on structured learning but remain flexible based on the unique needs of every individual we work with. We conduct training both online and offline, offering convenience without compromising on quality.
