I have 4 years of experience in mental health education and training, including work at NIMHANS Bengaluru under the ECHO India and Virtual Knowledge Network programs, where I designed and delivered curricula on psychological assessment and mental health intervention for healthcare professionals and community workers. I have facilitated group sessions, conducted psychoeducation workshops, and developed structured learning materials tailored to diverse learner groups. As a PhD Scholar at Christ University, Bengaluru, I have also been actively engaged in academic research, doctoral coursework, and scholarly writing, with a peer-reviewed publication in the Asian Journal of Psychiatry (2025). I bring strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention planning, awareness program design, and student-centered support.
