It might be your version of Ubuntu. If you are using older version, might have some problem. Always stay with latest version of Ubuntu. You can upgrade your current version with following command: 1. hostname==> Display your hostname with short form 2. hostname -f ==> Fully qualified name 3. sudo apt-get update 4. sudo apt-get upgrade You must be connected with Internet either with datacard or eithernet while doing above steps. Please wait for some time till this complete the execution. If your network is slow it will take bit time. Hope this will help you to resolve your issue. read less
