I am a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Clinical Nutrition and over 4 years of hands-on experience working as a Clinical Dietitian. My professional journey has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement personalized nutrition strategies that cater to various health conditions and wellness goals.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with patients across diverse age groups, providing evidence-based dietary guidance for managing medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal issues, and weight-related challenges. I have collaborated with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in hospital settings as well as on digital health platforms, ensuring continuity of care and effective patient outcomes.
