Its not mandatory to attend a course or a class room study understanding of the concepts and regular practice of AWS can mould you to get certified. Its better to go with AWS whitepapers which is present in AWS website and the questions will be from it. Mostly all the certification questions will be scenario based...You can get the materials from web..
