Director‑track ML leader with 14 years of experience, including 12+ years building and scaling AI/ML platforms that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency in AdTech and digital businesses. With an integrated M.Sc. in Physics from IIT Kanpur, I bring strong mathematical depth plus hands‑on experience architecting low‑latency decisioning systems that operate at auction and internet scale.​

My focus is on building durable ML organizations and platforms: setting technical direction, defining standards for modeling and MLOps, and ensuring models are reliable, observable, and tightly aligned to business KPIs. I mentor and grow data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts, and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the ML strategy, investment cases, and executive reporting.​

Technically, I work across Python, SQL, Apache Spark / PySpark, and frameworks such as Scikit‑Learn, LightGBM, and TensorFlow, with production experience on Databricks and major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure). My domain portfolio spans margin and bid optimization, user profiling, fraud detection, CTR prediction, and brand safety, combining advanced ML, experimentation, and responsible AI practices to deliver trustworthy, high‑ROI systems.​

My future aspirations are in becoming Director / Head of ML and Data Science opportunities where the mandate is to scale ML teams, platforms, and practices, and to embed AI deeply into product and business strategy.
