I have over 12 years of personal meditation practice and have explored a variety of traditional and contemporary meditation techniques.

My experience includes:

- Vipassana meditation – 5 years of regular practice, focusing on mindfulness, awareness, and inner observation.
- Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya and Samyama (as taught by Sadhguru/Isha) – Personal practice for deepening awareness, balance, and inner stillness.
- Who Am I? (Self-Inquiry) based on the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi.
- Daily meditation, breath awareness, mindfulness, and contemplative practices.

My approach is to help learners develop inner peace, clarity, concentration, emotional balance, and self-awareness through regular meditation practice. I believe meditation is a practical tool for improving everyday life and overall well-being.
