I am a Public Health researcher and PhD scholar with a strong academic background in Social Medicine, Community Health, Epidemiology, Public Health, Research Methodology, and Disability Studies. My passion lies in connecting theoretical concepts with real-world applications, helping students understand not only what they learn but also how knowledge is applied in practical situations.

With experience in conducting research, scientific writing, systematic and narrative reviews, data interpretation, and community-based health projects, I aim to make complex concepts simple, engaging, and relevant. My teaching approach focuses on critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical examples drawn from healthcare, public health programs, policy implementation, and everyday life.
