I have been teaching in a school since 2015. Prior to that, I was running a as well as an entrance coaching center. I been taking tuition of classes 8 to 10. Experience of a Mathematics Teacher in Classes 8, 9, and 10 Teaching Mathematics in classes 8, 9, and 10 is a meaningful and responsible experience for a school teacher. Each class has its own learning level and challenges, and the teacher must adjust methods accordingly. In Class 8, students are curious and energetic. They are introduced to topics like rational numbers, algebraic expressions, and geometry. As a teacher, this stage is about building interest in mathematics and strengthening basic concepts. With activities, examples from daily life, and patience, students slowly overcome their fear of the subject. In Class 9, mathematics becomes more conceptual and logical. Topics such as polynomials, linear equations, and geometry require deeper thinking. Many students find this class challenging. A teacher’s role here is to explain concepts clearly, encourage regular practice, and help students develop confidence and problem-solving skills. In Class 10, mathematics is exam-oriented and very important for a student’s future. Students are more serious and focused. Teaching involves revision, practice of previous years’ questions, and time management. As a teacher, guiding students to perform well and seeing their success in board exams is a proud and satisfying experience. Overall, teaching mathematics in these classes is challenging but deeply rewarding.
