Previously, I worked as a Corporate Trainer at Nextential, where I developed onboarding and upskilling programs aligned with strategic goals. I partnered with management to assess skill gaps, measure learning effectiveness, and drive performance growth. As a Java-focused Corporate Trainer, I designed comprehensive technical training for new and existing employees, with a focus on real-world application and evaluation.

Since 2022, I’ve been working as a Freelance Program Trainer, delivering personalized online coding sessions to learners across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. My approach centers on individualized learning, adaptability, and making programming accessible and relevant.
