I worked as a teaching fellow for Teach for India, in the year 2021-2022, in Hyderabad. Along with teaching students Social Science and English, I have helped the students in their psychosocial wellbeing as well. I have conducted various skill building, Emotional-Social learning initiatives for the students. Later, after completing my Masters in Social Work, I am working as a Counselor at St. Berchmans College, Changancherry. Here, through my role, I guide students in achieving quality training and help them achieve admissions in top-tier colleges through availing various resources and conducting sessions on resume building, ensuring online presence etc. My key skills include ability to facilitate and take sessions, capacity building among students, building professional rapport with students etc. During my time at TFI, I was able to improve English language proficiency of students by 30%, and through my current role I was able to help nearly 20 students build their resume.
