I am an Economics educator with 18 years of teaching experience, specializing in Class 11 and 12 Economics for both CBSE and Kerala State Syllabus. Over the years, I have worked closely with students to help them not only score well in examinations but also truly understand the logic and relevance of economic concepts in real life. Teaching Economics has been a deeply fulfilling journey for me, as it allows me to shape analytical thinking and informed perspectives in young learners.

I hold a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Applied Psychology, which gives me a strong interdisciplinary foundation. In addition, I have earned the Chartered Economist designation, further strengthening my academic and practical expertise in the subject. This combination of qualifications enables me to approach Economics not just as a theoretical discipline, but as a subject closely connected to human behavior, decision-making, and real-world applications.

My teaching experience has helped me understand the diverse learning needs of students across different boards and academic backgrounds. I focus on breaking down complex economic theories into simple, relatable explanations so that students can grasp concepts with clarity and confidence. I strongly believe that when students understand the “why” behind concepts, they perform better and develop long-term interest in the subject.

I follow a structured and student-centric teaching methodology. Each class is carefully planned to ensure logical flow and conceptual progression. I encourage interactive discussions, ask thought-provoking questions, and use practical examples from current economic scenarios to make lessons engaging and meaningful. This approach helps students connect textbook concepts with real economic situations around them.

My sessions emphasize conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and application-based learning. I aim to nurture analytical skills that help students answer both theoretical and case-based questions effectively. By fostering curiosity and encouraging independent thinking, I help students develop a deeper appreciation of Economics beyond examinations.

I conduct online classes, making learning accessible and flexible for students. I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard to explain concepts clearly and systematically. Visual explanations, diagrams, and structured notes play an important role in helping students retain information and revise effectively.

I also provide notes and study materials to support students in their preparation. My goal is to create a supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, explore ideas, and achieve their academic potential in Economics.
