During my 7-month apprenticeship at ABVGIET Pragatinagr Shimla, I have had the valuable opportunity to engage in teaching B.Tech students. This experience has been both enriching and insightful, providing a practical dimension to my understanding of the academic environment and the process of knowledge transfer. Over the past seven months, my involvement in teaching has encompassed conducting tutorials, assisting in lab sessions, delivering lectures on specific topics, grading assignments, mentoring student projects. This has allowed me to interact directly with students, understand their learning styles, and address their queries and challenges. I have found the students to be enthusiastic, inquisitive, motivated, requiring guidance in specific areas. Engaging with them on academic concepts has reinforced my own understanding of the subject matter and has pushed me to articulate complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner.
