I was employed as a Health educator in Government tribal residential school for almost 3 years.Where we as a team create a module on the topics health and the importance of education.Also we taught them how to read and write English and also other few subjects.I could profoundly see huge difference before and after I teach them our module.I actually enjoyed working with them.As a health educator I don't directly go to the lesson but rather I would conduct few activities which are related to the module and then I will move on to the topic. Over the course of my time working with the students,I witnessed a remarkable transformation.When I first joined I noticed most of the students doesn't have confidence even in communication,they doesn't participate in any events to show case their talents,they have lack of knowledge about hygiene.However as the days went by I saw significant progress and growth in their level of confidence, Communication and also personal hygiene.By the time I left,I was amazed by the huge difference in their overall performance.It was fulfilling to see them develop and thrive,and I'm proud of the impact I was able to make.
