Becoming a French teacher felt like answering a call I didn’t know I had - I fell in love with the language first, then with watching others discover it. My journey began with evening classes and volunteer tutoring, then grew into formal teaching roles where I learned how to turn grammar rules into stories, and vocabulary lists into songs and short plays. The most memorable moments aren’t perfect tests but the small ones: a student nervously ordering coffee in French for the first time, a shy teen volunteering to read aloud, a group suddenly laughing in the target language.
