Don't concentrate on Grammar initially. It will be part of your speaking gradually like how you learned your Mother Tongue. It's through listening & speaking. The same method should be implemented to learn many languages. Try to translate short stories into English; likewise, you practice daily, gradually Grammar will be your part of speech.
