I am a sailor , I have done my graduation in BSc. Nautical science. During my college days i have tutored bunch of students to work and interact with multinational crew. With my professional experience as a sailor, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that I believe make me a strong candidate for this role. Strongly believe that effective soft skills training should come not only from theory but also from practical life experience. My background as a sailor allows me to provide real examples of leadership, decision-making, stress management, cultural awareness, and teamwork from high-responsibility environments.

In addition to my professional experience, I am passionate about teaching and guiding individuals to become more confident communicators and better team players.
