SPA means Seven party Alliance. It was a coalition of seven Nepali political parties seeking to end autocratic rule in the country
The three demands of SPA were:
(1) They wanted to restore Parliament.
(2) They demanded for a new Constituent Assembly.
(3) And they demanded power to an all-party government.
Outcome of SPA is as follows:
(1) King Gyanendra was forced to accept all the demands.
(2) The SPA chose Girija Prasad Koirala as the new Prime Minister of the interim government.
(3) The restored Parliament met and passed laws taking away most of the powers of the king.

Major problems faced by road transport in India, are...
1.The road network is inadequate, keeping in view the volume of traffic and passengers.
2. In India, There are multiple check-posts, toll tax and octoroon duties collection points on the roads which bring down the speed of the traffic, waste time and cause irritation to transporters.
3. Most of the roads are unmetalled in India and this limits their usage during the rainy season.
4. Roads are not maintained properly in India. Less than 0.1 percent of the national income is spent on the maintenance of roads in India.
5. One major problem on the Indian roads is the mixing of traffic. Same road is used by high speed cars, trucks, two wheelers, tractors etc. This increases traffic time, congestion and pollution and road accidents.
