I am Swati Dutta, a dedicated Primary School Teacher with over 18 years of classroom experience (2007–2025), having taught Classes I–IV at Chandannagar Daspara Hajarilal Primary School. I hold a B.Ed. from IGNOU, a D.El.Ed. from the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, and I am WB TET & TET Qualified (2022).

Over the years, I have taught English, Mathematics, Science, EVS, and Bengali at the primary level, and Bengali, History, and Education at the secondary level. My teaching approach is child-centred and activity-based, focusing on continuous assessment and building strong conceptual foundations through Bloom's Taxonomy-aligned lesson planning.

Beyond the classroom, I have handled examination duties, student mentoring, parent-teacher coordination, and administrative responsibilities, along with government duties such as BLO and election work. I regularly participate in in-service training programmes conducted by the Government of West Bengal's Education Department to stay updated with modern teaching practices, including the use of digital tools like Google Classroom and AI-based learning aids.

I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging learning environment where every student feels motivated to grow academically and personally.
