I come from a professional background that blends strong customer service experience with a growing expertise in fitness and human performance. I worked as a Virtual Customer Service Associate at Amazon, where I handled diverse customer queries with empathy and efficiency, contributing to customer satisfaction and brand trust. In parallel, I’ve built a deep personal commitment to fitness, which I’m now turning into a professional path. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative English from the University of Calcutta (2023), which has sharpened my communication and interpersonal skills—both crucial for client-facing roles in the fitness industry. I’ve always been passionate about fitness and currently lead a disciplined, healthy lifestyle. This passion has driven me to pursue a professional career in the fitness industry. I’m now preparing for the NSCA CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) exam, studying with a dedicated 6-month plan. My goal is to build a career as a high-level strength and conditioning coach, where I can combine my customer-centric mindset with evidence-based training to help clients achieve peak performance.
