Swapan Kumar Hazra

I am Swapan Kumar Hazra, a dedicated and experienced Mathematics and Physics educator with around 20 years of teaching experience. I specialise in Engineering entrance-oriented Mathematics and Physics for students of Classes XI and XII, along with providing strong foundational guidance for students of Classes IX and X preparing for competitive examinations like IIT-JEE, NEET, NDA, IAS, and IPS.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Burdwan Raj College in 1995 and my Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Asian International University in 2023. My academic background, combined with two decades of teaching experience, has helped me develop strong subject knowledge and an effective approach towards guiding students in their academic and competitive exam preparation.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have helped numerous students build strong conceptual clarity, improve problem-solving abilities, and develop confidence in Mathematics and Physics. I believe that a strong foundation is essential for success, especially when students prepare for competitive examinations. My focus is on helping learners understand concepts deeply rather than relying only on memorisation.

I have experience conducting both online and offline classes at my residence as well as at students' residences. Over the years, I have worked with students of different learning levels and adapted my teaching approach according to their individual requirements. My goal is to provide sincere, disciplined, and result-oriented guidance that helps students achieve their academic and career goals.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I prepare detailed lesson plans based on the student's syllabus, learning pace, and examination requirements. My classes include concept building, step-by-step explanations, practical problem-solving, regular practice sessions, and doubt-clearing discussions to ensure students develop a complete understanding of every topic.

I use PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard explanations to make concepts more visual, organised, and easier to understand. I focus on strengthening analytical thinking, improving numerical problem-solving skills, and developing effective exam strategies that help students perform confidently in school examinations and competitive tests.

I have also received professional recognition and appreciation certificates from Oswaal Publishers (2025) and Educart Publishers (2025) for my dedication and contribution towards teaching. These recognitions motivate me to continue providing quality education and supporting students in their learning journey.
