Can anyone give an idea about good video editors?

Hi Biswas, when a video penetrates into your emotion and drags you with its flow then it is called a genuine editing. Talking about a good video editor, yes when an editor has able to do these we can call him/her a good video editor.

Is it possible for anyone to do video editing or it requires a proper training?

Hello Mithun, it is very easy to learn a software. But if you are aspiring to be a good video editor then you have to develop sense of editing. For that a teacher is must who can guide you through out a course.
