With over seven years of professional experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in insurance operations, mortgage document processing, data validation, and manual testing, I have developed strong process knowledge, analytical skills, and a disciplined approach to delivering high-quality results.

Currently, I am working as a Mortgage Document Processor at TCS, where I verify and validate mortgage-related documents, ensure compliance with defined guidelines, and maintain accuracy across critical data records. Previously, I have worked in multiple roles including Insurance Claim Processor and Information Process Enabler, handling property and asset data, validating claims, and supporting timely claim resolution. These roles strengthened my understanding of end-to-end business processes and client-focused service delivery.

In addition, I have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, where I performed testing activities based on business requirements, contributing to quality assurance and process improvement. I have completed certifications in CCNA, Information Technology Applications, and Computer Networks for Non-Techies, which have enhanced my technical awareness and adaptability in IT-enabled environments.
