The child is probably age six years as he is a class 1. At this stage, many children are very much inattentive. Don't worry; try to spend quality time with him, watch him for how many months he is doing like this. If it continues even beyond 7 to 8 yrs, then ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder) may be a cause. The child may need to counsel then.
