I am a professional athlete for the past 12 years. And my sport is football. As you already know thats the most popular sport in the world, and in today's generation a lot of people, irrespective of age and profession, want to train like footballers or have a physique like them. Muscle/body building is not the only training goal people have today.
So, I can train people in Athletic movements, cause that has been my bread n butter. People who are seeking to lose weight, beginners, kids, and people who are looking for explosive/ performance/ HIIT training.... I am more than willing and elligble to train them.
I am also aware of the updated protocols for a proper warm up, cool down, injury prevention etc, as they are extremely necessary for my own profession.
Hence, i am looking forward to an opportunity. Waiting to hear from you for an interview.
