I have been working in the IT corporate world for over 18 years and had given in-house training in companies like NOKIA, Fujitsu Japan, HCL Technologies, Sonata Software, on various IT subjects like C++, UML, etc. I have also trained more than 700 IT professionals and students on Android, UML etc. Below is a brief introduction to my technical ability:
- Around 18 years of IT experience in C++, Android/Java/J2SE, Symbian C++, Visual C++/MFC with sturdy Object Oriented Programming skills
- About 8 years of hands-on experience in the mobile software domain using Android and Symbian S60
- Have experience in developing Android applications on both Linux(Ubuntu) and Windows(XP/7) environment using Eclipse and Android Studio
- Have expertise in Agile Programming and SCRUM
- Hands on experience in UML and the excellent understanding of Design Pattern
- Adept in coaching and leading team in technical know-how
- Curious engineer and passionate about software.
Currently, I run a company called "som-solutions" through which I train experienced software professionals, engineering students and aspirant programmers on various IT related subjects like Android, Java, C++, Design Pattern, UML etc. My training centre is located at Kalikapur (<10 minutes from Ruby and Jadavpur Thana), Kolkata. Training is given in small batches or one-to-one to provide more hand-holding and guidance to the students. Stresses are given on practical programming issues like debugging, using IDE and so on.
