Siegwald Academy

Siegwald Academy for Leadership Training – S.A.L.T. - has been established with the primary objective of grooming and preparing aspirants for the Armed Forces.

With both indoor and outdoor training facilities, it is the first academy of its kind in Eastern India. The academy will give those intending to make a career in the Armed Forces, the much needed opportunity to prepare for the selection process and realize their ambitions. At a more holistic level, this facility will encourage larger numbers in the Eastern Region to opt for a career in the Armed Forces, thereby tapping into the exciting opportunities that Defence offers.

In this endeavour S.A.L.T has as its partner a giant in the field, The Excel, an organization which has pioneered the design and development of the curriculum, content and process over many years and successfully imparted training across India to thousands of youngsters keen on making a career in the Armed Forces.
