I have had a mix of experience in my career. Starting off with research in Medical microbiology ( Bacteriology and Drug resistance) and having experience to work in different renowned institution gave me an edge in the work that I did. After working as a Research technologist/ Microbiologist for some years with extensive research work in area of Bacteriology and drug resistance with many publications I got an opportunity to do something different and have worked as a teacher educating girls and boys in an ISC school in Santinikrtan and was a class teacher of class 11. This created an urge to work in the education development sector.
I shifted my career to the development sector hence after and have been working in an NGO essentially working with education and its importance.

Although I was only a stop - gap teacher in the junior section, yet I had the best time teaching the kids. It's a joy to build future minds and nurture them.
