Sarajit Sardar

As an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, my responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students in Commerce, Finance and Accounting; developing and delivering curriculum-aligned academic content; supervising student projects and research activities; and contributing to academic and institutional development. I undertake research, publish scholarly papers, present research at national and international seminars, and participate in faculty development programmes. I also perform significant administrative and quality-assurance responsibilities, including coordinating the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), serving as the Nodal Officer for AISHE, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting accreditation and institutional improvement initiatives. I also contribute as a resource person, subject expert, keynote speaker and academic committee member.
