To do a proper study, you must have a good schedule or follow a routine and the most important thing is sticking to it and following it anyhow. Moreover, it would help if you did a smart study. Make a routine as per your convenience and manage to do self-study for 6 to 7 hours /day.
All students are different, so understanding a particular subject is different. That's why identifying the best method of understanding a specific subject is very important, and that is to be done by the student him/herself.
The only way to get full attention is to have complete control of mind and body, which can only be achieved by doing meditation for at least 10 minutes per day.
