I have experience of Teaching in a Montessori School and Secondary School as well. Experiences have been very different in each of the cases. While teaching in Montessori I have realised how important role a teacher plays in one's life and kids are like blank papers on which impressions are created by a teacher. While teaching in Secondary School I have realised how the students idealise their teachers in every aspect. Not only how they teach but as well as on the facts like how they speak, talk and walk. The students also even confides their darkest secret to the teachers and their roles are not merely then restricted to teaching but transcended to the role of guide friend and companion. My experience has been really wonderful with my students.
