For the last 25 years i have been working for different multinational organisations and also joint ventures in a leadership position, and I am still doing consulting for start-ups and NGOs in the areas of the social sector, AI and Community development. I am keen on supporting Gen z, x Y to have the right understanding of career guidance right from their 9th standard onwards; hence, I enable students and their parents and /or Guardian to make them believe in their child -as every child is born with talents which one needs to understand and find out, hone it and make it your skills with knowledge and attitude. That will make you successful. I am a builder...I have built a business and, with it many careers of my teammates, partners, and thousands of people who have been in touch in my 25+ years of career globally. I have taken this initiative to help these Gen X, y z who are the future of Bharat to be upskilled, informed and given the confidence to become someone they aspire to be. SO, i not only do career counselling for children but also consult for parents /Guardian and also mentoring for youth. I am also keen to help these Gen x, Y and Z to enable them to use AI. I am an IIM K alumnus with a diploma in System Management from NIIT and many other certifications from UK and Europe. More when we connect and meet up.
