Tutoring experience
Since the 1st year of my Btech i started my teaching for engineering entrance and then engineering subjects . And the main joyful incident was i got my 4 students as my junior batch in my 2nd year, now i finished my Btech from Govt engineering college. Now total 37 students are my students in this Govt college . And this is my achievement and happiness.
Tutoring approach:
Tteaching - learning partnership 1. Get to know each other. 2. Respect each other. 3. Mutual expectations #my tutoring techniques together establish clearly defined goals and expected outcomes. Communicate openly and honestly facilitate their learning by developing an empowering relationship.
