Teaching was a part of my official involvement in schools that I worked. Since I was keen on teaching, hence the management always supported me by giving me the opportunity to teach the students apart from performing my administrative responsibilities, in important positions. The education which I impart is trying to make the student understand the chapter/subject on the whole. It is not only about completing the assignments or solving the Questions & answers of the related section.
I want my students to have a strong base so that what they are learning today will be of worth tomorrow. Education if not retained is futile. The subjects which I like most is mathematics, biology and Geography.
I prefer if students know a bit more than what is mentioned in the books or syllabus, but of course, time is a constraint. The students can learn a lot if we give them small assignments of add on knowledge about the subject except just learning the questions and answers. The students are all adept in surfing the net and jobs which are not related to the book are interesting for the students and develops an interest in learning.
I have worked in DPS, Pailan World School (IGCSE & ICSE curriculum) in administrative positions and love the whole of Academics.
Though I am not a qualified teacher, I have always tried to get involved in academics and teaching according to me is a noble profession.
