I taught my friends and juniors from my high school about coding in general AND how to make use of it to achieve a greater goal, that is to make cool applications which ultimately gets you a future start up, or an amazing project in your resume. My approach was always about making programming fun, almost like a game. To not make it yet another thing to "study" but to have fun with. That is when, I observed, that people truly excel in the art of building real world and important softwares, all the while enjoying the process. I taught them C++ (CBSE syllabus) which helped them in the board exam. Some even came to love coding
