PR Striders Speed Skating

I, Vikash Singh owner of PR Striders (Roller Skating Coach), propose this program to provide students with a new skill and a fun way to stay active.

Age Criteria:

- 3.5 years to 18 years and above
- Suitable for:
- Little ones (3.5-6 years): Learning basic balancing and skating skills
- Kids (7-12 years): Developing skating techniques and building confidence
- Teenagers (13-18 years): Refining skills, learning tricks, and enjoying recreational skating

Benefits of Roller Skating:

1. Improved balance and coordination
2. Cardiovascular health
3. Muscle strength
4. Stress relief
5. Social benefits
6. Improved mental focus
7. Full-body workout

I believe this program will be a great opportunity for students to develop a new skill and stay active. I'd be happy to discuss this proposal further and answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for considering my proposal.
