Poushali F. - 7–8 years of teaching experience.

I am a dedicated and passionate tutor with 10 years of teaching experience, specializing in teaching all subjects to students from Class I to Class V. My teaching approach focuses on building strong academic foundations, simplifying concepts, and helping young learners develop a clear understanding of their subjects. I believe that the primary years of education are essential for a child's academic growth, and I strive to make every lesson simple, engaging, and effective. My aim is to help students develop confidence, curiosity, and a positive attitude towards their studies.

I have completed my Master of Engineering/Master of Technology (M.E./M.Tech.) and have an ICSE/ISC educational background. My academic qualifications have helped me develop strong subject knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, which I apply when explaining concepts to young learners. I use my knowledge to break down difficult topics into smaller, manageable steps so that students can understand them easily. I also focus on helping students strengthen their basics before moving on to more advanced concepts.

I teach all subjects for Classes I to V, providing guidance according to each student's academic needs, current understanding, and learning pace. My lessons cover essential concepts, schoolwork, revision, and practice to help students improve their overall academic performance. I encourage students to ask questions, participate actively, and express their doubts without hesitation. By identifying areas that need improvement and providing individual attention, I help students gradually strengthen their understanding and become more independent in their studies.

My teaching methodology includes interactive sessions, structured lesson plans, and the use of a whiteboard to explain concepts clearly. I organize lessons according to the student's syllabus and learning requirements, ensuring that each session has a clear objective. I use examples, explanations, practice exercises, and regular revision to reinforce understanding and help students retain what they learn. I believe that young children learn best when lessons are interactive, encouraging, and adapted to their individual needs, so I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to participate.

I offer online classes and focus on creating a positive, supportive, and student-friendly learning experience. I understand that every child has a different learning pace, and I adjust my teaching methods to ensure that students receive the guidance and attention they need. My goal is not only to help students complete their schoolwork and improve their academic results but also to develop strong study habits, independent thinking, and confidence in their abilities. Through patient guidance, consistent practice, and personalized instruction, I strive to help every student build a strong foundation for future academic success.
