"Lacks professionalism mostly rely on Google print outs. He seems to take small things into his heart. Guardians think twice before hiring him as a teacher as he catches small things and next day if we call up to confirm if he is coming or not as there was an emergency at his place. He decides not to come. So think before calling him and to check how is he doing. Who know for that he will take it in his mind and will not turn up. So basically he knows how to jeopardize in the right situation. "
