I specialise in Soft Skills Training, with a focus on communication, interpersonal skills, confidence building, presentation skills, and professional behaviour. I have 20 years of experience in teaching and training students and professionals, supported by more than three decades of extensive professional experience across multiple functions and industries. My approach combines structured learning with practical insights from real professional situations.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.). Over the course of my professional career, I have developed expertise across Operations Planning and Management, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Projects, Administration, HR, and Finance. I have also gained around 20 years of international exposure, which has broadened my understanding of professional communication, workplace expectations, and organisational practices.

I have worked as a Trainer and TQM/TPM Expert and have also served as an Ex-Lecturer at Jadavpur University. I have additionally worked as a visiting faculty member for professional and management programmes. My areas of expertise include Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Cost of Poor Quality, Statistical Process Control, Statistical Quality Control, and Customer Relationship Management.

One of my notable achievements has been receiving Manufacturing Excellence awards at both national and international levels for my contributions to operational excellence and continuous improvement. I have also handled overall business functions as an SBU Head with P&L accountability and have been involved in initiatives related to cost savings, productivity improvement, technology management, process improvement, and strategic decision-making.

My professional journey has given me extensive experience in developing people and improving processes. I have led Continuous Improvement Projects, implemented SPC and SQC techniques, supported Six Sigma initiatives, and worked on cost innovation and process improvement projects. These experiences have strengthened my communication, analytical, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and practical. I use clear lesson plans, real-world industry examples, case studies, discussions, and problem-solving activities to make learning meaningful. I encourage students and professionals to participate actively and connect theoretical concepts with situations they may encounter in academic or professional environments.

I conduct my sessions online and use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to support explanations and discussions. My goal is to help learners build not only knowledge but also the confidence and professional skills required to communicate effectively, present ideas clearly, work with others, solve problems, and conduct themselves confidently in professional environments.
