I have adequate subject knowledge and I always teach by basics, I believe if base is not strong, then how the student can properly understand further concepts. I also take regular assessment of my students so that I can understand that which topics they have understood or not and also to evaluate their learning. One thing I have learnt from tutoring is that every student is different and requires a unique approach so this has helped me in understanding their needs and adapting to different teaching patters. I end my class with a proper summary and I very much emphasis on revision.
