With Honours in English, a diploma in Theology, years spent in the corporate world, in the hospitality sector and as a flight attendant, Natalie in the last few years has chosen her passion - fitness, as her career! An active sportsperson and dancer in school and college days, made Natalie realize the importance of staying fit and healthy and now it’s more a lifestyle that Natalie wants to promote. 
Natalie Has conducted workshops and sessions for corporate houses like HSBC, Tata Steel, in India, & Sri Lanka, Nepal and the United States. She has also worked with schools like La Martiniere for Boys, Don Bosco Park Circus, Birla High, Gokhale Memorial, Universities like St Xavier’s and Adamas, etc in the same capacity.
She has also taught grooming, personality development and other lifeskill classes at the Aptech Aviation Academy
An international fitness presenter, Natalie presented a workshop at Optima 2021, the Fitness  Convention for NASM, Arizona, US. 
She received the Naari Samman Award recipient for Women Empowerment, from Rotary Club in 2021 and the Rising Star Award from RSV Hospitals in the field of Health and Nutrition.
