Nursing degree in 2010 from NEIGRIHMS, Shillong, followed by an M.Sc. Nursing (Medical-Surgical) in 2014 from NIOH, Bonhoogly (now NILD), Kolkata. These milestones built the foundation for my career in nursing education and professional growth. Teaching has always been my passion, and for the past 10 years, including 9 years in teaching, I have had the privilege of guiding students across GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic Nursing, and M.Sc. Nursing programs in reputed institutes of Kolkata and Bangalore.
