Throughout the past 4 years of service at my present workplace, besides working as a teacher/educator of many young, enthusiastic students of different variety, I have had the experience of serving as the in-charge of several annual academic as well as co-curricular programs, mentored classes of different age-groups (11-13 years,14-16 years, 16-18 years). Worked as a supervising examiner for conducting the national-level CISCE examination and assistant examiner for evaluating answer scripts which helped me strengthen my skills required for leadership and examination conduction on large-scale, quality question paper framework, right evaluation techniques as well as students' learning and execution patterns.
