I have started teaching kids at the age of 18. My passion towards music gets fresh air through teaching which also becomes a great learning procedure for me. I not only teach but also learn from my students. As a teacher I feel the beginning is the most important part of a student as he/she learns the basic but most important things like how to pronounce and how to breath in between singing and the sense of Taal and Laaya in that time. So, I give special attention to these things. I also have a friendly and patient attitude of teaching which I feel makes my students engaged and serious about music. Instead of teaching with a particular ambition I try to make my students curious and passionate about music so that they themselves be able to learn from various other sources and carry on their own musical journey. Music, as we know is an abstract form of art so, the soul building is very important. One cannot be a good musician unless the person is a good human being. I try to read the ability and interest of every student differently and guide them accordingly.
