I specialize in fat loss, weight gain, muscle building, body recomposition, flexibility training, and overall fitness development. Along with strength and conditioning, I am highly skilled in advanced yoga practices, general yoga, group yoga sessions, aerobics, Tabata training, and functional workouts.
