I am a Certified Fitness and Yoga Trainer with over 4+ years of professional experience in the health and wellness industry. I have been conducting online and offline training sessions since 2020, helping individuals achieve sustainable fitness results through scientifically planned workouts and personalized coaching.

I specialize in fat loss, weight gain, muscle building, body recomposition, flexibility training, and overall fitness development. Along with strength and conditioning, I am highly skilled in advanced yoga practices, general yoga, group yoga sessions, aerobics, Tabata training, and functional workouts. My training programs are designed to suit beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.

One of my key strengths is goal-oriented transformation planning. I carefully assess each student’s body type, lifestyle, fitness level, and objectives, then create a time-bound and realistic training roadmap to ensure consistent progress. One of my notable achievements includes successfully helping a student lose 15 kg (33 lbs) within 4 months through disciplined training, nutrition guidance, and regular follow-ups.

In addition to workout training, I provide daily diet monitoring, ensuring that nutrition aligns perfectly with each client’s fitness goals. I strongly believe that fitness results come from the right balance of exercise, nutrition, recovery, and consistency.

Every training session concludes with a dedicated 5-minute stretching and muscle-relaxation routine, which helps improve recovery, prevent injuries, and enhance flexibility. I focus not only on physical transformation but also on long-term fitness habits, posture correction, mobility, and overall well-being.
